1. Introduction
Welcome to Hamasta Tickets ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing tickets or creating events on our platform.
2. For Ticket Buyers (Attendees)
2.1 Purchasing Tickets
All ticket sales are final. When you purchase a ticket through Hamasta Tickets, you are purchasing a license to attend the specific event. The event organizer retains the right to alter the event details, and any refunds or cancellations are entirely at the discretion of the event organizer, not Hamasta Tickets.
2.2 Digital QR Codes
Your ticket is issued as a secure digital QR code. You are responsible for keeping this QR code safe. Duplication or sharing of QR codes will result in denied entry, as the scanner will mark the first scanned code as valid and reject subsequent scans.
2.3 Attendee Responsibilities
As a ticket buyer, you agree that you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact information during purchase to ensure ticket delivery.
- Keeping your digital ticket secure and presenting it upon entry.
- Following all event rules and venue policies.
- Checking event details (date, time, venue) prior to the event to account for any last-minute changes.
3. For Event Organizers
3.1 Account Setup and Security
Organizers must provide accurate and verifiable information when registering. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must maintain the security of your password.
3.2 Fees and Payouts (Platform Rate)
Hamasta Tickets offers the industry's most competitive pricing to help your events scale.
- Platform Managed Payments: If you use the Hamasta ticketing payment gateway to collect funds, we charge a flat platform fee of exactly 1.9% of your total ticket collections. There are no hidden fees. Payouts to your designated account are processed within 24-48 hours after the successful completion of your event.
- Own Paybill/Till Collection: Alternatively, you may choose to connect your own Paybill or Till number during event creation. In this scenario, ticket money goes directly to you instantly. Hamasta Tickets will only charge a one-time verification and listing service fee (as defined during the event creation process) to publish your event.
3.3 Event Content and Accuracy
You agree that all event descriptions, images, and pricing provided are accurate and not misleading. You are prohibited from publishing illegal, harmful, or fraudulent events. Hamasta Media reserves the right to suspend or block any event or organizer account that violates these terms or receives excessive fraudulent reports.
3.4 Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are solely responsible for the actual event delivery. Hamasta Tickets provides the ticketing infrastructure, but the organizer must ensure:
- The safe and legal delivery of the event at the stated venue and time.
- Provision of all advertised event content, performances, and VIP benefits.
- Direct communication with ticket holders in the case of significant changes.
- Handling on-site safety, security, and venue arrangements.
4. Limitation of Liability
Hamasta Tickets acts strictly as an intermediary platform connecting event organizers with attendees. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the events listed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hamasta Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at any listed event.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
We believe customers should clearly understand the refund and cancellation terms before purchasing a ticket. Each event on Hamasta Tickets may have its own refund conditions, depending on the policies set by the event organizer.
Refund Policy Categories:
Refundable— Tickets may be eligible for a refund under the stated event conditions.Non-refundable— Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded except where required by applicable law or in circumstances clearly communicated by the organizer or Hamasta Tickets.Organizer-specific— Refund terms are determined by the individual event organizer and will be displayed on the event page before purchase.
Customers are encouraged to review the refund and cancellation policy for an event before completing their purchase.
5.1 Event Cancellation & Postponement
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered (e.g., a major change in venue or headline act), the following applies:
- Cancellation: The event organizer is responsible for authorizing refunds. Depending on the payment method used, refunds may be processed automatically or require manual initiation.
- Postponement: If an event is postponed, tickets generally remain valid for the new date. Ticket holders who cannot attend the new date may request a refund according to the organizer's specific policy.
- Communication: Hamasta Tickets and/or the event organizer will communicate the cancellation or postponement and the available options to all affected ticket holders via their registered email address or SMS.
For assistance with refunds or ticket-related concerns, customers can contact Hamasta Tickets support through the official support channels.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through an active notification on your dashboard. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
