Can't find your ticket? Check your email (and spam folder) for "Your tickets for…", or open My tickets.
Paid with Paybill or Till? The organizer confirms your M-Pesa code first. You get an email the moment they do.
Money taken, no ticket? Don't pay again. Send us the M-Pesa message and your order number.
