- To process and fulfill ticket purchases and send digital QR codes securely.
- To facilitate M-Pesa STK push requests and verify payments in real-time.
- To provide organizers with accurate attendance analytics (Names and ticket types only).
- To communicate platform updates, security alerts, and customer support.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share information in the following circumstances:
- With Event Organizers: We share attendee names and ticket details with the specific organizer of the event you purchased a ticket for, strictly for check-in and event management purposes.
- With Service Providers: Secure payment gateways (like Safaricom Daraja API, Paystack, Payhero, etc.) to process transactions.
- Legal Requirements: If required by Kenyan law or subpoena.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and strict access controls, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
